Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit into our bank account will secure a booking. The balance of the payment is due on arrival. Bookings will be confirmed telephonically via sms or email.
10% cancellation fee will be deducted from a deposit should guests wish to cancel their booking. All cancellations must however be done 3 weeks prior to the booking to ensure a refund.
Preparation of Meals
The consumption of alcoholic beverages and the use of non halaal foods are strictly prohibited on the premises.
All indoor living areas are smoke free zones. Smoking is permitted outside.
Pets are allowed by pre arrangement with management. No pets are allowed inside the living areas.
Patrons are held liable for breakages and damages to the property that they may have caused during their stay. The cost of replacement will be charged at local rates.
Although we take the utmost care in ensuring the safety of our guests, management may not be held liable for any injury, loss or damages to persons, and/or their belongings or vehicles.
Should any patron not abide by the conditions of stay, indulge in illegal activity on the premises or intentionally cause disruptions to other guests, management has the right to terminate their stay without compensation.
Laws of the country
It is in the interest of the guests to familiarise themselves with the basic laws of the country.
